LaVallée ecodistrict in Châtenay-Malabry
With the “laboratory” ecodistrict project in Châtenay-Malabry, Eiffage is further solidifying its role as a demonstrator of sustainable cities. The aim of the project is to create an ecodistrict based on four fundamentals: low-carbon construction, the circular economy, nature integration, and new uses.
Photovoltaic plant Núñez de Balboa
The facility was built by Eiffage Energía’s teams and is set to generate 832 GWh in electricity every year – covering the needs of 250,000 local inhabitants and avoiding 215,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions per annum.

Autoroute de l’Avenir
Autoroute de l’Avenir (the Motorway of the Future) is the first PPP (public-private partnership) in sub-Saharan Africa, the first link in the Dakar-Diamniadio motorway, and the first toll motorway in West Africa.
Bretagne-Pays de la Loire high-speed line
Inaugurated on 1 July 2017, the Bretagne-Pays de la Loire high-speed line (LGV-BPL in French), an extension of the Paris-Le Mans line launched in 1989, is the biggest project ever completed by Eiffage.
