2026Replacement of the Levensau steel bridge over the Kiel Canal, Germany
Eiffage, through its German subsidiary SEH, has won the contract to build the new Levensau Bridge. This major structure, 241 meters long and 42 meters high, will replace the old bridge over the Kiel Canal and will be open to rail traffic in autumn 2027. This project illustrates the recognition of Eiffage Métal's expertise in the market for metallic engineering structures in Germany.

2026Paris district heating network concession
The City of Paris has entrusted the consortium, comprising Dalkia, Eiffage, and RATP Solutions Ville, with the renewal of its concession contract for the production and distribution of the Parisian urban heating network. The Group is proud to support the City of Paris in its ecological and social ambitions to provide local, low-carbon, and affordable energy to the largest possible number of people.

2025New headquarters for the Port of Marseille Fos
The Port of Marseille Fos has chosen the consortium led by Eiffage for the construction and operation of its new headquarters. Eiffage, through Eiffage Concessions, is proud to support the Port in this partnership project, which includes financing, design, construction, and maintenance. This project will enable the creation of a modern and emblematic real estate complex, aiming for the highest environmental standards and symbolizing the Port's openness to the city.

2025Cabra and Olivar Photovoltaic Power Plants in Spain
The turnkey construction of two photovoltaic solar power plants in Cordoba, Spain, scheduled for commissioning in June 2027, will provide clean energy to over 172,000 homes while integrating solutions to preserve the environment and promote local biodiversity.

Frontex Headquarters in Warsaw
The design-build project for the new Frontex headquarters in Warsaw, Poland, includes the construction of a seven-story building with two basement levels, and site maintenance for two years. Located in Warsaw's Mokotów district, this approximately 69,000 m² building will accommodate over 2,000 employees upon completion. The project stands out for integrating ambitious environmental solutions.

2025The Madrid Formula 1 Urban Circuit
This major project, led by Eiffage Construcción, includes the design, construction, and comprehensive management of the "Madring" circuit's temporary infrastructures, as well as the extension of the IFEMA pavilions. Integrating strong environmental ambitions, it showcases Eiffage's expertise in delivering complex sports facilities. The Group thus demonstrates its ability to build responsible infrastructure, contributing to Madrid's international prestige.

2024Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral
The Eiffage teams are proud of their contribution to the restoration of Notre-Dame de Paris and the success of this stunning reconstruction, made possible by the combined expertise of two of our business lines working closely together: Eiffage Énergie Systèmes and the Eiffage Construction subsidiary Pradeau Morin.

2023Penly EPR2 reactors
This large-scale project involves the construction of the first two EPR2 reactors at Penly, including 69 structures. This contract showcases Eiffage Group's ability to lead major projects and support major industrial players in addressing decarbonization and energy sovereignty challenges in France.

2023Rail Baltica railway line
A consortium of Eiffage, Budimex and Rizzani de Eccher has secured the civil engineering and track-laying work for 230 kilometres of the Latvian section of the Rail Baltica project.

2022LaVallée ecodistrict in Châtenay-Malabry
With the “laboratory” ecodistrict project in Châtenay-Malabry, Eiffage is further solidifying its role as a demonstrator of sustainable cities. The aim of the project is to create an ecodistrict based on four fundamentals: low-carbon construction, the circular economy, nature integration, and new uses.

2022Nové Project – Housing stock
In 2022, Eiffage and Arcade-VYV combined their skills and know-how in the 50/50 joint venture Nové to secure this 35-year concession contract for outsourced management of state-owned housing stock across France. This 35-year contract is part of the 'Housing Ambition' program aimed at developing accommodations for ministry personnel, with a strong focus on ambitious environmental initiatives.

2021Street lighting for the city of Paris
Eiffage and the EDF Group subsidiary Citelum jointly undertake the street lighting, traffic signals and illuminations in the city of Paris, to be fulfilled by their dedicated joint venture company, Cielis. It is France’s largest-ever public lighting and traffic signal contract. As an innovation incubator, Cielis plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing lighting, user services, energy efficiency, and biodiversity protection.

2021Tunnel on the Lyon–Turin rail line
Eiffage, Spie Batignolles, Ghella and Cogeis were together awarded Works Package 1 for the base tunnel on the French side of the Lyon–Turin railway line, between Villarodin Bourget/Modane and Italy. The railway tunnel, which crosses the Alps and connects France and Italy, is one of the longest in the world with a distance of 115 kilometers (2 x 57.5 kilometers).

2020A3 motorway: Germany’s largest-ever public-private partnership motorway project
This thirty-year public-private partnership contract in Germany covers the 76-kilometre section of the A3 motorway between the Biebelried and Fürth/Erlangen junctions. The contract has been awarded to the project company A3 Nordbayern GmbH & Co. KG, whose shareholders are Eiffage (50%) and JOHANN BUNTE Bauunternehmung (50%), by the North Bavarian Highways Directorate, on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI).

2020Photovoltaic plant Núñez de Balboa
The facility was built by Eiffage Energía’s teams and is set to generate 832 GWh in electricity every year – covering the needs of 250,000 local inhabitants and avoiding 215,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions per annum.
