Our Maintenance&Services teams in Picardie deliver the highly technical rehabilitation of a bank branch in 11 months
Located in a pedestrian alley in the centre of Amiens, the refurbishment of the Crédit Agricole bank branch was a particularly technical operation due to the constraints associated with its location. The challenge was met in record time by our Maintenance & Services teams, one of Eiffage Construction's expertise.
Technically, the project underwent a demolition phase with the parallel reinforcement of the existing peripheral walls and the creation of a new floor. To serve the 3 levels of the building, a metal staircase was installed with a glass floor in the lower part and the creation of a glass roof.
The 800 sqm office, one of the largest in the region, was designed by the architect Ranson-Bernier. The operation was carried out in collaboration with the city of Amiens, in order to best manage all the challenges and issues related to its location in the heart of the city.
Our Maintenance & Services teams, one of Eiffage Construction's expertise, can be proud of having delivered this beautiful project in less than a year.
