Eiffage Construction delivers Green Oak, 10,000sqm of offices using wood with multiple environmental labels
Green Oak is aptly named: it has become an emblematic project because of its many certifications, particularly for its wood architecture. Our teams have just delivered the project in Arcueil (paris Region), to the great satisfaction of the owner, Kaufman & Broad.
Co-imagined by the Mootz & Pelé and Calq agencies, this building benefits from a remarkable mixed wood and concrete architecture. From the outside, it reflects a strong visual identity thanks to its contemporary façade which harmoniously combines wood and recycled glass paste.
Completed in 29 months, the work involved the construction of an office building with a floor area of over 10,000 sqm. It also houses 1 company restaurant, 1 conference room, 1 business centre - coworking space.
The building is exemplary and sustainable: triple certified (HQE Excellent, BREEAM Very Good, WELL Silver) and labelled (Effinergie +, E+C- E2/C1, Biosourced label level 1, Wired Score), it is fully in line with the ambitious environmental approach of the Eiffage Group deployed in our businesses.
Congratulations to all the Eiffage Construction Tertiaire workers and employees involved in this project, and thanks to our partners:
- Owner: KAUFMAN & BROAD
- Architects : MOOTZ / PELÉ Architects - CALQ
