Industrial club Sekoya announces the winners of its third call for solutions on the theme of adapting to climate change

This event was also the opportunity to reveal two new partners, Rexel and Lited, which are expanding the members of the industrial club Sekoya, will contribute to the exchanges and will share their ambitions around this initiative in perpetual reflection on the issues of tomorrow.
Created in 2019, the platform’s aim is to identify low-carbon solutions and to support the inventors in developing these for macro-scale implementation, enabling them to integrate with future calls for tenders. These innovations contribute to shared sustainable development as they are available to all stakeholders in the sector.

Over the first two contests, 11 companies were named as winners and some twenty collaborations initiated with the club’s partners, from the feasibility study through to associating solutions with responses to calls for tenders or with projects.
For the third contest, 75 solutions were submitted on the Sekoya platform, including 15 from international startups, based around key themes such as biodiversity, comfort in hot weather, water management, urban cool islands and pathways, biosourced materials, energy renovation and climate resilience.

IPSIIS has developed a light, non-combustible insulating mineral foam with an extremely small carbon footprint and low energy content.
