In Bordeaux, France, Eiffage Immobilier delivers its 3rd mixed ensemble in the new district of Bassins à Flot

On the outskirts of Bassin N°1, building G1 is the gateway to the Bassins à Flot on the Chaban-Delmas bridge.

) and realized with the architect agency DND. It has the particularity of having facades in matrix concrete whose design consists of sinusoidal curves inclined to 45° or 135° depending on the facades.
It is composed of a ground floor composed of 3,400 m2 of shops and services. A parking space of 536 places occupies the first 3 levels of the building, completed by 3 floors of offices with a total area of 3800 m2.

The particularity and originality of the building lies on the 4th level with «roof» offices that offer high quality work spaces and a green terrace.

In March and June 2019, Eiffage Immobilier delivered 2 other mixed units (G7 and G8) for the same district of Bassin à Flot à La Française. Respectively 4400 m² and 4300m², these buildings, to which are added the 3800m² of G1, confirm the dynamism of Eiffage Immobilier in the tertiary sector particularly within the most attractive sites of the territory.
