Eiffage Immobilier and SEQENS have signed a VEFA agreement for 41 intermediate rental housing units in Alfortville (94)
Eiffage Immobilier has signed with Seqens the purchase in VEFA of 41 intermediate rental housing units (LLI), located at 8 May 1945 Avenue, within the ZAC Grand Ensemble in Alfortville (94). The project is part of the urban renewal of the city of Alfortville and contributes to the creation of a new dynamic and attractive neighborhood on the future extension of Londres Street, near the future Line 15 of the Grand Paris, shops, and green spaces.
The real estate development Alfortville ZAC Grand Ensemble, with a total floor area of 10,000 m2 spread over three buildings, will comprise a total of 144 units, including 43 for freehold purchase, 41 intermediate rental units, and 60 for institutional investment.
Designed by the Pietri Architecte firm, the three buildings will each feature a different hue and materiality, combining bricks and natural coatings ranging from stone tones to white. Two planted alleys will traverse the project from east to west, complemented by greenery in the heart of the block and on the roofs.
Benefiting from district heating and bioclimatic design, the buildings aim for RT 2012-13%, E+C- E3C1, and NF Habitat HQE very high-performance level certifications.
Delivery is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.
