Gastronomic adventure in Burgundy
In Dijon, the International Gastronomy and Wine Exhibition Centre will be spread over 6.5 hectares, on the general hospital’s former site, at the gates of the historic centre and the first kilometre of the route des grands crus, the royal road to discover the Climats du vignoble de Bourgogne, listed as a UNESCO heritage site.
The set of 70,000 m² will be made up of 16th, 17th and 18th century renovated historic buildings and contemporary constructions.
The Eiffage Group has been chosen to carry out this major cultural, touristic and economic project, estimated at around €250 million.
Especially in a consortium with Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, our teams in the Centre Est region have been granted the VRD package by Eiffage Aménagement, which will eventually include a cultural and exhibition centre, a training centre, cinemas, shops, a 4-star hotel and housing.
