Eiffage Immobilier and Emerige plant the first tree in lot A5/A6 of the Parc d'Affaires eco-district in Asnières-sur-Seine (92)

In the heart of the ZAC du Parc d'Affaires, the first tree of the A5/A6 lot was planted in the presence of Philippe Plaza, Managing Director of Eiffage Immobilier, Kamal Mahfoufi, Managing Director of Ile-de-France, Eiffage Immobilier, Vincent Quintard, Deputy Managing Director of Urban Development and Technical Services of the city of Asnières-sur-Seine, Thomas Doublic, Deputy Mayor of Asnières-sur-Seine, Benoit Apparu, Chairman of Emerige, François Bertrand, Managing Director of Cogedim Résidence, Anne Blondeau, Deputy Managing Director of Major Projects and Urban Renewal, Citallios and Francois Malburet, Associate Manager of MFR Architects.

The district, built around a mall and a public park and consisting of an ambitious urban renewal, will include a total of :

    137,000 m² of floor space,
    1,600 housing units (25% of which are social housing),
    25,000 m² of offices,
    5,000 m² of local shops,
    Numerous services such as a crèche, a school and a leisure centre
    1.5 hectares of parkland
    A public car park with 100 spaces

Within this district, the development of which is being carried out by Citallios, a consortium of five developers, of which Eiffage Immobilier is the leader, is working with Eiffage Aménagement as project management assistant to implement innovations and coordinate the real estate projects.

Completion of the structural work is scheduled for July 2023. The crèche is scheduled for delivery in September 2024, and the housing units are scheduled for delivery in October 2024.
