Benoît de Ruffray
Born in 1966, Benoît de Ruffray is an alumni of the French engineering schools Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and holds a master's degree from Imperial College London. He began his career in 1990 in the Bouygues group, where he was Chief Executive Officer of Dragages Hong Kong from 2003 to 2007 before being appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Bouygues Bâtiment International in 2008. He moved to Soletanche Freyssinet (Vinci Group) in 2015 as Chief Executive Officer. Benoît de Ruffray was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eiffage on 18 January 2016. He is also Chairman of the board of directors of École des Ponts Paris Tech since March 2018 and Chairman of the Fondact association since October 2020.

Olivier Berthelot h2>
Graduated from ESTP, Olivier Berthelot has spent his entire career within the Group. He started in 1991 as a real estate program manager. He then held various management positions within the production teams of Eiffage Construction, before becoming the director of various subsidiaries in Île-de-France from 2005 onwards. In 2011, he was appointed Director of Eiffage Construction Grands Projets, then Regional Director in 2014. In 2019, he became Operations Director at Eiffage Génie Civil before joining Eiffage Concessions as Director of Special Projects. In 2022, he took on the role of President of Nové. He was appointed President of Eiffage Construction on July 1, 2024, and joined the Group's Executive Committee in this capacity.

Cécile Cambier h2>
Graduated from the ESITC Cachan engineering school, Cécile Cambier began her career in 2003 as a works engineer at Eiffage Construction, before becoming a project manager at Eiffage Concessions in 2004, responsible for developing PPP and concessions projects. In 2008, she joined Vinci Concessions as a regional director, responsible for developing PPP and concessions projects in France, Europe and around the world.
Since 2014, she has been CEO of Société Marseillaise du Tunnel Prado Carénage (SMTPC) and Chairwoman of Prado Sud, both of which are jointly owned by Eiffage and Vinci.In May 2021, Cécile Cambier was appointed Concessions director.

Christian Cassayre h2>
Born in 1965, a graduate of Toulouse Business School (formerly ESC Toulouse), Christian Cassayre was named Administrative Manager at Campenon Bernard in 1990, then Administrative and Financial Director, Europe, in 1998. In 2001, he joined Vinci Construction Grands Projets before being appointed Chief Financial Officer and member of the management committee in 2006, then head of financial coordination of the Grands Projets division in 2010. Christian Cassayre has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Eiffage group since July 2011.

Ludovic Duplan h2>
A graduate of the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics, du bâtiment et de l’industrie and the Emlyon Business School, Ludovic Duplan began his career at the Bouygues group in 1993 as a construction engineer. He went on to manage an international subsidiary in Hong Kong before taking on a regional leadership role in France.
In 2008, he became CEO of VCES (Bouygues Bâtiment International in the Czech Republic and Slovakia), then from 2011 onward, took responsibility for the whole of Central Europe, a territory that was expanded to include Russia and Central Asia in 2014.
In 2016, he joined Eiffage Énergie Systèmes as its international managing director, becoming CEO in 2022.
He also works as a director of SERCE, the leading organisation representing energy businesses.

Camille Bonenfant-Jeanneney h2>
Camille Bonenfant-Jeanneney is a graduate of the École Polytechnique (X2000), the École des Ponts ParisTech, and Sciences Po Paris. She began her career in 2006, working in European affairs as a diplomat with an industrial and environmental issues brief at the French Permanent Representation to the European Union. In 2012, she was appointed as an advisor to the Minister for European Affairs. In 2013, she joined RATP to lead the Grand Paris project before becoming Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO. In 2015, she joined the Engie group as part of its General Secretariat. She assumed leadership of the Parisian Urban Heating Company in 2018, then took over as CEO of Storengy in 2021. Since July 2023, she has been CEO of Engie Renewable Gas Europe. She was also an independent director of Autoroutes et Tunnel du Mont Blanc from 2019 to 2024.
Having held the role since April 2011, Philippe Nourry hands over to Camille Bonenfant Jeanneney on 25 February 2025. She joins the Executive Committee in this capacity.

Guillaume Sauvé h2>
Born in 1972, Guillaume Sauvé graduated from École Polytechnique, the École des Ponts et Chaussées and the Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris. He has worked since 2015 as Director of Engineering and Urban Development of the ADP group heading investment projects in Parisian airports. He joined the ADP group in 2002 as Managing Director of the Aéroports de Paris Ingénierie (ADPI) branch in Dubai. He was then named Project Director, during which time he lead the renovation of Terminal 1 and the construction of the Satellite 4 building at Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle airport, before he was promoted to Director of Delegated Contracting Authority in 2008, then Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of ADPI in 2011.
