Pollutec 2025: Eiffage, a Key Player for Sustainable Solutions
From October 7 to 10 in Lyon, Eiffage participated in the Pollutec trade show, an unmissable event for actors committed to the environment. Over three days, our experts spoke and our teams exchanged views on sustainable mobility, environmental infrastructure, resilient cities, renewable energies, and presented BlueOn, the first marketplace integrating the carbon footprint at the same level as the price. In total, over our 4 days of presence, nearly 200 employees took turns at the stand to welcome and inform our visitors.
Eiffage, Strong Commitment to Ecological Transition Challenges
During this trade show, Eiffage reaffirmed its commitment to the ecological and energy transition by presenting a wide range of innovations and sustainable solutions. The exchanges and conferences focused on key themes such as the decarbonization of rail and road infrastructures, the development of renewable energies, the sustainable management of cities and territories, as well as the circular economy.
A Presence Marked by Highlights
Several highlights marked these 4 days:
- The cross-interview between Matthieu Chabanel, Chairman and CEO of SNCF Réseau, and Xavier Mony, France General Manager of Eiffage Génie Civil on the theme "Between Circular Economy and Innovation: The Rail Sector Engaged in the Path of Decarbonization."
- The conference "Preserving Natural Resources: Towards New Sustainable Economic Models in Construction," in the presence of the Vice-President of the Lyon Metropolis in charge of urban planning and land, Corinne Boutant, Commercial Development Director of Veolia Agri, Bruno Cahen, General Manager of Eiffage Route, and Anne-Valérie Cornuault Goulard, Director of Sustainable Development and Cross-Functional Innovation at Eiffage.

- A human resources space was available for students to exchange with our teams about employment and career opportunities within the Group.
BlueOn: An Innovation for Responsible Purchasing
For one morning, the Eiffage stand was adorned with the colors of BlueOn, the first marketplace integrating the carbon footprint at the same level as the price. This initiative, launched in 2023, illustrates the Group's desire to promote more responsible and transparent purchasing practices. It was an opportunity to present BlueOn to our visitors and to discuss this marketplace that allows us to change our purchasing practices to decarbonize our activities.
