Eiffage has signed a memorandum of understanding with the LOSC regarding the proposed disposal of the companies in charge of the management of the Decathlon Arena - Stade Pierre-Mauroy and its ancillary areas
Eiffage is entering into exclusive negotiations with the LOSC, the Decathlon Arena - Stade Pierre-Mauroy home club since its inception, with a view to sale 100% of the capital of the companies that operate, maintain and manage the arena and its ancillary areas.
The employees and staff representative bodies of the entities concerned will be informed or consulted under the conditions provided for by law.
The completion of the proposed transaction is subject to the obtention of the relevant contractual and legal approvals for a closing expected in the first quarter of 2027.
