Eiffage announces the end of exclusive negotiations with Atlas Arteria for the possible acquisition of the Warnow Tunnel concession in Rostock, Germany
On 22nd June 2026, Eiffage entered into exclusive negotiations with Atlas Arteria with a view to acquire, subject to due diligence and documentation, 100% of the capital of the Warnow Tunnel in Germany.
The negotiations ended on 3rd August 2026 and did not result in an agreement as the parties were unable to reach mutually acceptable financial terms.
