2025 Universal Registration Document: Eiffage's strategy at the heart of Europe
The universal registration document notably includes the Group's activity report, sustainability report, vigilance plan, and financial report.
This 2025 version also provides an opportunity to review:
- Our European strategy: Eiffage is one of Europe's leaders in construction and real estate, energy services, and concessions. The Group carries out over 100,000 projects per year, 97% of which are conducted in Europe.
- Our solid financial and extra-financial performance with an 8% increase in revenue in 2025, an order book of nearly 30 billion euros, a reduction in our emissions, and an improvement in our CSR ratings.
- The year's highlights, including winning new contracts, leading and delivering numerous projects, in favor of territorial attractiveness, new uses, quality of life, and safety.
- Our strengths to anticipate and respond to market changes by capitalizing on digital transformation, ecological transition, the pursuit of industrial and energy sovereignty, and the development of new mobilities, which are sources of structural growth.
