Eiffage Immobilier delivers “Le Carré Concy » in Montgeron a real estate programme of 46 classical style housings (91)

« Le Carré Concy » in Montgeron, new real-estate programme located near Yerres, which contains 46 housings (32 housings in free-accession and 14 social housings) two shops (a bakery and a convenience store, from the "Proxi" brand ), as well as an underground car park, spread over a floor area of nearly 3,100 m². The objective of this new construction: to blend in with the architecture of the neighbourhood buildings.

The buildings have a certain volumetric compactness, in order to respond optimally to the energy performance required. The residence meets the NF HABITAT HQE and RT (Thermal Regulations) 2012 standards -10%.

In addition, the program is part of the "1 building 1 work" charter and offers two watercolours and gouaches on paper by the artist Joël Blanc: "Le peintre et le photographe" and "Promenade sous le soleil de Monnet”. These works highlight the impressionist painting of the artist Claude Monnet and one of them depicts an equestrian scene, echoing the equestrian center of Montgeron, located near the residence.

After 20 months of work carried out by the teams of Eiffage Construction, the delivery took place at the beginning of July with the arrival of the new inhabitants of Montgeron.
