Eiffage Construction renews its collaboration with Finalcad, the Orisha Construction solution for digital project tracking
Eiffage Construction recently extended its partnership with Finalcad and its collaborative digital project tracking platform. The company is thus renewing its confidence in Finalcad, which became part of Orisha Construction on 4 March, as a strategic partner in the digital management of its worksites and fixed sites.
Since 2017, the Finalcad solution has been deployed across more than 1,800 Eiffage Construction sites with significant results in terms of lifting reservations and productivity. In 2024, the tool was used on 300 construction projects to provide comprehensive dematerialised tracking of the entire project life cycle, as well as enhanced coordination of all operatives and teams working on site. Collecting and analysing operational data also enable the company to capitalise on existing processes to increase customer satisfaction.
In addition to the centralised file management, site monitoring for new-build and visualisation of BIM models, Eiffage Construction is now using the Finalcad solution dedicated to rehabilitation projects on occupied-site This tool includes special functionalities designed to improve relationships between landlords, companies and contractors.
Through the renewal of this partnership, Eiffage Construction is pursuing its strategy of digitalising its projects as part of an open innovation approach in synergy with its innovative solutions developed in-house.
