Eco Skills Challenge 2026: Meet the Winners of Sustainable Innovation
The winners of the 5th edition of the Eco Skills Challenge were announced on Thursday, May 28, during the grand finale organized at the Maison de l'Océan. This student challenge rewarded the most innovative projects for a more environmentally friendly and sustainable construction world. The winners of this 2026 edition were selected by a jury of experts from the Group.
The Eco Skills Challenge 2026 Final
The final of the Eiffage student challenge focused on sustainable development, the Eco Skills Challenge, took place on Thursday, May 26, at the Maison de l'Océan in Paris.
This was an opportunity for the 7 finalist teams to be trained in the art of pitching and to defend their ideas and convictions before a jury of Eiffage experts composed of:
- Benoît de Ruffray, Chairman and CEO of the Eiffage group
- Anne-Valérie Cornuault Goulard, Director of Sustainable Development and Transversal Innovation for the Eiffage group
- Christelle Huc, Director of the Nuclear Division of Eiffage Energie Systèmes
- Laure Martin, CSR Director of Eiffage Route
- Nicolas Moronval, Director of Development and Ecological Transition (APRR | AREA)
- Jean-Matthieu de Laferrière, Director of the Railway Division of Eiffage Concessions
- Philippe Kermorgant, Director of Eiffage Construction Equipments
The winners of the Eco Skills Challenge 2026:
- 1st place: The "Solar Pro" project, presented by 3 students from Centrale Supélec and coached by Florent Gastaut, Energy Performance Manager at Eiffage Énergie Systèmes.
- 2nd place: The "AgroShade" project, led by students from the University Lyon II, CESI, ISARA, ISE, a communication school, and Epitech Lyon, coached by Stéphanie Potage, SMI (Integrated Management Systems) Director at Eiffage Métal.
- 3rd place: The "Teaminov" project, developed by 3 students from HEI Junia and coached by Marie Le Goaster, Biodiversity Project Manager, and Stéphane Martins, Environment Project Manager - Water Referent.
- Audience Favorite Award: Awarded to two students from Centrale Supélec and ENTPE, coached by Léonore Sgherri, Sustainable Innovation Project Manager.
