At the Toulouse site of the future metro, Eiffage Génie Civil is building the first moulded walls.
On the site of lots 1 and 2 of the future Line C of the metro, preparatory work is coming to an end and work has begun on the moulded walls at the future La Vache and Sept Deniers - Stade Toulousain stations!
These moulded walls will gradually form the perimeter of the underground structure.
To achieve this, one of the project's three concrete plants has been commissioned at the Sept Deniers - Stade Toulousain station. It will produce 310,000 m3 of concrete (i.e. 60 m3 per hour) for the foundations and civil engineering work.
Ultimately, more than 1,400 people will be working on this project to build 12.7 km of tunnel, 9 stations, 10 service structures and 1 branch structure.
Consortium: Eiffage Génie Civil (leader), NGE GENIE CIVIL, NGE FONDATIONS, Béton Solutions Mobiles, Groupe Vicat for Tisséo Collectivités and Tisséo Ingénierie.
