A new 5-star hotel in the center of Paris for Pradeau Morin

Pradeau Morin realizes the restructuring of the former luxury Samaritan, a magnificent Art deco building dating from 1914, in a 5-star hotel located at the angle of the Boulevard Capucine and Street Daunou ( 2nd Paris). The B&B cabinet architects was appointed master of work of the operation.
 
The future 5-star hotel, of a surface of 12 000 m ², will include:

• 149 rooms and suites, of which a presidential suite,
• A spa fitness with swimming pool,
• A conference center and a multi-purpose reception hall,
• A bar and restaurant giving onto a vegetated yard,
• A roof top bar which will offer a panoramic view on the district of the Opera,
• 49 parking spaces.

 
Since Mars 2018, the teams works began a heavy rehabilitation of three buildings while keeping the facade art nouveau of Frantz Jourdain, registered on the inventory of historic monuments. They work with the decorators Charles ZANA for rooms and SAGUEZ for the space spa / swimming pool to realize a hotel under the brand KIMPTON, mark life-style of the Intercontinental group.
The hotel should open to the public in the year 2020.
 
Through this project, Pradeau Morin keeps developing its skills in the universe of the luxury hotel business.
