Eiffage Énergie Systèmes acquires ATI Industrie
Automation, IT and industrial electricity specialists ATI Industrie have been active in Belgium (Thimister-Clermont) since 1986. By joining Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, ATI Industrie is opening up new opportunities for us in the Belgian market.
”Thanks to this buyout, we are in a better position than ever before to offer a wide range of services in the field of industrial electrical engineering, from the study phase to commissioning. Co-operation between our different entities enables us to bid for the most ambitious projects, by mobilizing multidisciplinary teams” said Dominique Scherpenbergs, manager of Eiffage Énergie Systèmes’ Belgian business lines, on the subject of this merger.
We should point out that ATI Industrie’s expertise involves not only assembly and production line management but PLC programming and test bench development as well. In line with Eiffage Énergie Systèmes’ main sectors of know-how – electrical and industrial engineering and HVAC - their field of competence has also opened up to include robotics since 2019.
The company is now part of our Branch, but will retain its autonomy of action and decision, while benefiting from the dynamics of a large group.
