Youssef Merdassi a réalisé toute sa carrière à l’international, principalement en Afrique et en Europe Centrale. Il assurait précédemment la même fonction depuis près de 10 ans au sein de la compagnie d’entreprises CFE (Vinci Construction).
Il est diplômé de l’Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP) et qualifié ingénieur européen par la Fédération européenne d'associations nationales d'ingénieurs (FEANI).
Sa première mission sera de développer l'Afrique et l'Europe de l’Est.
