Sale of the Nework office building by Eiffage Immobilier

Nework, designed by architect Jean-Paul Viguier, will complete the first phase of "Coeur de Quartier", a new mixed district (offices, hotel, shops and housing) Boulevard des Provinces Françaises in Nanterre Université.

On the territory of La Défense Seine-Arche developed by the Epadesa, Nework will rise in the continuity of the Terrasses de l'Arche, with at its feet the new multimodal station of Nanterre University (line A of the RER and L Of the Transilien).

This real estate program is also part of the economic dynamics of the Boulevard de La Défense, which is soon requalified from the business district.

The building will provide 21,147 m² of office space on 7 floors (R+7) and will benefit from 196 parking spaces spread over 3 basement levels. Nework will offer a wide range of services including corporate restaurant, drugstore, business center, concierge, etc.

It aims at the "NF Bâtiment Tertiaire HQE certification" certification with an Excellent passport, the energy label "BBC - Effinergie" and the BREEAM certification in "Excellent" level.

Simultaneously, Eiffage Immobilier and Altarea Cogedim acquire the land on which the building will be built with the Epadesa.

Nework, realized by Eiffage Construction will be delivered in the second quarter of 2019.
