The building is now finished and delivered, its first stone having been laid in December 2014 by Cardinal Théodore Adrien Sarr, who was then Archbishop of the Senegalese capital. It was designed by architects In Situ Architecture and financed by the association Childhood and Nature (Enfance et Nature).
