Eiffage strengthens its presence in Germany with the acquisition of the assets of Claus Heinemann Elektroanlagen

Eiffage, through the German Eiffage Énergie Systèmes subsidiary Salvia, has acquired the assets of the insolvent Claus Heinemann Elektroanlagen, a company specialised in electrical engineering and technical building services.

Founded in 1902 and based in Munich, the firm employed 301 people. Claus Heinemann Elektroanlagen has many years of experience in the planning, installation and maintenance of electrical systems for commercial, industrial and public-sector clients.

The transaction secures all 301 jobs and ensures that the core business continues at the Munich site. The management team will remain in place and will continue to run operations in the future. This ensures continuity for customers, partners and employees.

The transaction is subject to approval by the German competition authorities and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.

This acquisition further strengthens Salvia’s footprint position in southern Germany and enhances its expertise in electrical engineering and technical building services. Eiffage had also previously announced the acquisition of HTW Engineers earlier in February 2026. This external growth strategy represents a significant step toward becoming a key player in energy services in Germany, bringing complementary expertise and valuable synergies to existing activities.
