In November 2018, the French Interior Ministry awarded Eiffage Services the maintenance contract for the Optimum building located in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The agreement, worth a total of €1 million, covers multi-technical maintenance services (HVAC, high- and low-voltage electrical systems, plumbing, etc.); this requires the use of innovative techniques, particularly in the area of energy monitoring, for which a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) is being deployed.
Staff from Eiffage Services will support the Ministry at this 9,000 sq.m building for the next four years. Two employees are already present on-site, to monitor contract performance.
This contract confirms the status of Eiffage Services as a leading provider of building operation, maintenance and facility management services.
