Eiffage renforce son positionnement en Europe avec l’acquisition du groupe suisse Yerly
Eiffage, au travers de sa filiale Eiffage Énergie, vient d’acquérir le groupe Yerly, basé dans le canton de Fribourg en Suisse, spécialisé dans la thermie (ventilation, chauffage dont les systèmes solaires) et la plomberie.
Créé en 1999, Yerly compte près de 180 collaborateurs et a réalisé un chiffre d’affaires de 38 millions d’euros en 2015.
Cette opération s’inscrit dans la stratégie de développement d’Eiffage à l’international. Première acquisition d’Eiffage en Suisse, Yerly va permettre au Groupe de renforcer ses positions sur le marché helvétique et de développer ses savoir-faire en proposant à ses clients une offre multi technique sur l’ensemble de ce territoire.

Eiffage strengthens its position in Europe with its acquisition of the Swiss Yerly group
Eiffage, through its Eiffage Énergie subsidiary, has taken over the Yerly group, based in the Swiss canton of Fribourg, specialising in thermal engineering (ventilation, heating and solar power systems) and plumbing.
Founded in 1999, Yerly has nearly 180 employs and achieved €38 million in revenues in 2015.
This acquisition – in line with the Eiffage Group’s international development policy – is its first in Switzerland. Yerly will enable the Group to strengthen its position in the Swiss market, enhancing its expertise to provide customers with a multi-technical offering over the whole country.
