Eiffage poursuit son développement dans les concessions en se renforçant au capital d’ADELAC (A41 Nord)

ADELAC est la société concessionnaire jusqu’en 2060 de l’autoroute A41 Nord reliant Annecy à Genève, dans la continuité du réseau APRR & AREA. ADELAC a été créée en 2005 avec AREA comme actionnaire à 49,9 %. ADELAC est en service depuis 2008 et exploitée par AREA.
Suite au projet de cession initié par le groupe Bouygues de sa participation de 46,1% au capital d’ADELAC, AREA a exercé son droit de préemption pour 130 millions d’euros. Dans le cadre d’une restructuration interne de cette participation, il est prévu qu’AREA cède ensuite cette participation de 46,1 % à Eiffage et Macquarie Autoroutes de France 2.
La participation d’Eiffage au capital d’ADELAC restera comptabilisée par mise en équivalence dans les comptes d’Eiffage.

Eiffage pursues its development in the concessions by strengthening its presence in ADELAC (A41 North) capital

AREA, APRR subsidiary, has signed an acquisition contract regarding the Bouygues Group’s entire 46.1% interest in ADELAC capital.
ADELAC is the concessionaire until 2060 of the A41 North motorway linking Annecy to Geneva in the continuity of the APRR & AREA network. ADELAC was created in 2005 with AREA as a 49.9% shareholder. ADELAC opened to traffic in 2008 and is managed by AREA.
Following the Bouygues group project to initiate the disposal of its 46.1% of ADELAC capital, AREA has exercised its pre-emptions rights for €130 million. As part of an internal restructuring of this holding, it is planned that AREA will subsequently sell those 46.1% to Eiffage and Macquarie Autoroutes de France 2.
Eiffage’s interest in ADELAC capital will remain accounted for as an associates in Eiffage accounts.
