As part of the modernization works at our client Cristal Union's facilities in Fontaine-le-Dun (76), our teams are providing their expertise in the design, prefabrication, and assembly of a major industrial piping network.
Our scope of work covers several distinct technical packages:
- "Evaporation" Package: Design, prefabrication, and assembly of a piping network totaling 45,000 inch-diameters, 810 valves, 900 supports, and the installation of associated equipment.
- "Air Coolers" Package: A similar mission for a network of 3,400 inch-diameters, 50 valves, the installation of pumps, and the fabrication of a condenser tank.
Associated Works: The dismantling of existing installations and the complete thermal insulation of the new lines.
