Eiffage Immobilier and the Pôle Léonard de Vinci sign a VEFA on the site of the former architecture school in Nanterre (92)

As part of the Inventons la métropole du Grand Paris 2 project, Eiffage Immobilier is announcing the acquisition of a new 18,000 sq. m. campus called "Campus du Parc" by a banking pool consisting of La Banque Postale, BPCE and ARKEA via a leasing agreement, for the benefit of the Pôle Léonard de Vinci. This will complement its urban campus in Paris-La Défense.

Designed by the architect IT'S, the project includes:

  • The conservation of 40% of the existing volume of the former Nanterre School of Architecture designed by Jacques Kalisz and Roger Salem, one of the masterpieces of modular metal architecture of the 1970s, which will house the administrative offices and the agora.
  • The creation of three new blocks in a mixed wood-concrete structure of 4,000 m² SDP each, which will house the classrooms.

Designed as an extension of the André-Malraux park, close to the RER A and the future RER E station, the campus will be built around a central agora and enhanced by green terraces.

From an environmental perspective, the buildings will be supplied by a district heating network supplemented by a ballasted photovoltaic solar system.

The project is aiming for Bâtiments Durables Franciliens (BDF) certification for its ambitious landscaping project, as well as E3C1 energy labels for the new part and BBCA Rénovation for the existing part.

Eiffage Immobilier will be working alongside the engineering firm ARTELIA, the consulting firm SOCOTEC and the landscape architect BASE to complete the project. Eiffage Immobilier and the Pôle Léonard de Vinci were respectively assisted by notaries Anne-Sophie Aguessy and Olivier Glineur.

Preparatory work and selective demolition work, which will last seven months and should enable materials to be recycled, will begin this month. This will be followed by the construction phase from September onwards, with a view to delivery at the end of 2025.
