On 15 July, Eiffage Energiesystemen acquired 100% of EKB, a company specialised in the design, installation and maintenance of industrial automation systems. In 2023, the company employed 200 people and generated revenue of €35.5 million.
This transaction is subject to approval by the Dutch competition authorities.
In April, Eiffage Energiesystemen acquired 70% of Rensen, a 74-employee company specialising in the design, installation and maintenance of building automation systems. In 2023, it generated revenue of €15.5 million.
With these two acquisitions, Eiffage Énergie Systèmes consolidates its electrical and information technology expertise in the Netherlands, which is crucial to meeting growing demand driven by the energy transition, and also enhances its ability to offer digital solutions to support its customers’ industrial processes.
In the Netherlands, Eiffage Énergie Systèmes employs 1,600 people and generated €350 million in revenue in 2023 (including Van den Pol, the acquisition of which was finalised early in 2024, and before integration of these two most recent acquisitions).
