Eiffage consolidates its presence in Spain by acquiring energy services companies CVS, M3i Controls and Inmotechnia
Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, pursues its strategy of expansion in Europe, strengthening its geographical coverage and expertise in the energy services space. The Group thus completed three new acquisitions in Spain over the summer.
The first acquisition is Spanish company CVS specialised in refrigeration solutions for industry and the commercial sector, as well as in fire detection and protection systems. CVS covers the entire value chain, from engineering, design and assembly through to installation and maintenance. Founded in 2020, the company has over 300 employees and benefits from a national coverage through its 11 sites spread over the territory . In 2024, it generated revenue of €60 million.
In parallel, Eiffage Énergie Systèmes has acquired two companies in order to achieve national coverage in the building control and centralised management systems:

M3i Controls, a Catalan company specialised in control and automation systems for commercial buildings, which has a workforce of 26 employees and generated a revenue of €3 million in 2024.

Inmotechnia, a company with expertise in smart Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS), which operates throughout the country with a workforce of 64 employees and generated a revenue of €10 million in 2024.
Spain is a key European country for Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, which had more than 5,000 employees there in 2024, generating €1.1 billion in revenue.
