      Eiffage is joining the CAC 40 index

      As part of Euronext quarterly reweighting of its indexes, Eiffage will join the CAC 40 on 22 December 2025, Paris bourse main index. This reflects the market's recognition of the Eiffage group solidity and the relevance of its growth strategy, which is based on the diversity and complementarity of its business lines, as well as its strong European roots. It is also the result of the commitment of its 85,000 employees, most of whom are Eiffage shareholders, who work every day to ensure the Group's sustainable performance.

      Civil engineering contract with EDF for the first two EPR2-type reactors in Penly

      The civil engineering works includes construction of the reactor buildings and machine rooms, and the all-trades design and build of a 15,000 m2, six-floor operations centre. This work requires synergies between several of the Group’s varied areas of expertise.

      Eiffage becomes sole shareholder of the Viaduc de Millau concession operator

      This acquisition is a sign of Eiffage’s attachment to this major work of 21st-century architecture, built by the Group in just three years as part of a fixed-term concession contract ending in 2079. Eiffage has operated the Viaduc de Millau since it was commissioned in 2004. This new acquisition further enhances the Group’s concessions portfolio.

      Design-build contract for a section of Line 15 East of Grand Paris Express

      This new contract is testament to the trust that Société du Grand Paris has in the Eiffage Group, which has won 35 contracts in the construction of Grand Paris Express. These contracts demonstrate the Group’s ability to handle large-scale sustainable mobility projects.

      Acquisition of 51% of energy-sector firm Salvia Group

      Specialising in electrical, climate and energy engineering and maintenance, Salvia Group GmbH covers the entire technical life cycle of buildings. This acquisition bolsters Eiffage’s growth strategy in Europe, which aims to increase its territorial coverage and consolidate its expertise.

      35-year concession contract to manage housing stock for the French Ministry of Armed Forces

      This contract relates to “Housing Ambition”, a programme within the Ministry of Armed Forces Family Plan that aims to expand housing provision for Ministry personnel, with ambitious environmental goals.

      Timber-framed Hypérion tower delivered

      This 17-story tower, combining wood and concrete over a height of 50 meters, represents the largest wooden structure in France. Recognized as an "Industrial Demonstrator for Sustainable Cities" by the State, it was awarded the BIM d'Or 2019 for its BIM design. This achievement, rated E3C2, fully embodies Eiffage Group's strategy for reducing carbon emissions.

      Eiffage named concession operator of the future A79 motorway in Allier, central France

      The 48-year concession involves financing, designing, developing, widening, and upgrading to motorway standards as well as operating and maintaining an 89-km section of the current RN 79 national road between Sazaret (Allier) and Digoin (Saône-et-Loire) which will become the A79 motorway.

      30-year PPP contract for the A3 motorway

      Awarded by the North Bavarian motorway management company, Autobahndirektion Nordbayern, on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport (BMVI), this contract covers a 76-kilometre stretch of the A3 motorway between Biebelried and Fürth/Erlangen.

      A consortium involving Eiffage won the contract for work package 1 of line 16, the largest in the Grand Paris Express programme

      Through its Eiffage Génie Civil subsidiary, Eiffage and the consortium to which it belongs won the contract for work package 1 of line 16 of the Grand Paris Express that will connect Saint-Ouen to Aulnay and Le Bourget in Seine-Saint-Denis. The package will link line 16 to line 14 and includes building the first few kilometres of line 17 and the eastern stretch of line 15.

      Acquisition of a 5.03% stake in Getlink (France & United Kingdom)

      Eiffage has purchased a 5.03 percent* stake in Eurotunnel SE (Getlink), the concession operator for the Channel Tunnel until 2086 and a key player in European mobility infrastructure.

      Acquisition of the Kropman group

      Eiffage signed an agreement to acquire 51 percent of the Netherlands-based Kropman group. The group specialises in multi-technology electrical and mechanical engineering, and pollution monitoring and control.

      Eiffage further strengthened its European presence with the acquisition of Priora AG, a leading construction business in German-speaking Switzerland.

      Commissioning of Bretagne-Pays de la Loire high-speed line

      The inauguration of the Bretagne-Pays de la Loire high-speed rail link on 20 June 2017 was the culmination of five years of work. This outsize project - 214 km of railway line - confirms Eiffage Group’s ability to conduct huge multi-system turnkey projects.
