Eiffage Immobilier and Eiffage Construction deliver the Vivalley programme, a 4200m2 building housing companies and start-ups dedicated to sport and health in Liévin
Vivalley Center is a 4,200 m² building located in the heart of the Liévin (62) sports centre of excellence, which will host companies and start-ups in the sports and health sectors. The project, which will be sold to the Banque des Territoires (Caisse des Dépôts Group) in October 2021, has ambitious energy and environmental specifications, in line with the Eiffage Group's ambitious environmental approach.
Designed by the Boyeldieu Dehaene agency, the Vivalley project is built around two atriums forming a "plaza", a real place to live and meet. This building will include multiple offices (individual or open space), workshops (equipped with sports or medical equipment), a technological resource centre, an incubator, training rooms and coworking spaces.
Its simple, compact and low-profile shape blends in with the surrounding urban landscape, accentuated by a façade made of wood, glass and composite materials.
Built in synergy with Eiffage Construction, the project aims for ambitious environmental certifications and labels, such as BREEAM Very Good and BBC Effinergie 2017, with an energy consumption target of 40% lower than current regulations.
