To the south of Rennes (35), DLE Ouest took part in the Aqueduc Vilaine Atlantique (AVA) link project.
To the south of Rennes (35), our DLE Ouest teams took part in the project to link the Aqueduc Vilaine Atlantique (AVA), between the Villejean drinking water plant (35) and the Arzal dam (56), by building a new 7,500 m section of DN 700 mm cast iron pipe.
Mindful of our environmental impact, our teams transported the 1,400 tonnes of pipes by train, and an ecologist monitored the work in sensitive areas.
After 6 months of work, between September 2022 and March 2023, the pressure tests and water start-up took place.
