Eiffage Route applies Bioklair® in the schoolyard of Les Pennes-Mirabeau (13)
To the north of Marseille, our teams applied our Bioklair® coating in the playground of the primary school in the commune of Les Pennes-Mirabeau.
The aim of this project was to create a large green space and to repair the 420 m² of drainage road.
Bioklair® is a natural surfacing that enhances the landscape thanks to the colour of the aggregates it contains. In this schoolyard, we applied three colours : red for the running track, brown for the football pitch and ochre for the recreation area.
Bioklair is helping to combat global warming by replacing bitumen, which is of petroleum origin, with a binder derived from the plant sector. It thus makes it possible to carry out all the urban development work and routes dedicated to soft mobility in an ecological manner. Its aesthetic, drainage and heat-reducing characteristics contributed to the success of this project.
