De Graeve, a subsidiary of Eiffage Benelux, and Eiffage Construction Atlantique Vendée are among the winners of the "Green Solutions Awards" international competition organized by the Construction 21 network.
De Graeve, a subsidiary of Eiffage Construction Benelux, has just been awarded a prize: the company specializing in passive constructions received Thursday, October 4th alongside the owner, the Binche College in Belgium, the low carbon price for Belgium in the "Green Solutions Awards" competition organized by the Construction 21 network. De Graeve, who built the building, sees his expertise in the realization of passive buildings once again recognized.
In addition, the Quartier de la Fleuriaye in Carquefou, near Nantes (Loire-Atlantique), supported by Loire-Atlantique Développement and Nantes Métropole, was awarded the Grand Prix Sustainable City of the "Green Solutions Awards 2018" in the title, this time, of the Hexagon. Eiffage Construction Atlantique Vendée, which has completed 128 Passivhaus-certified homes out of the 320 listed in this sustainable industrial demonstrator district, is part of the winning team knowing that the Fleuriaye 2 is the largest passive housing operation in France.
