Benoît de Ruffray, one of the first CEOs to sign the Climate 2020 call

The collective Climate 2020 calls to negotiate as soon as possible a pact Finance-Climat to finance for 30 years on the European territory a shock energy transition.

Benoît de Ruffray is the second President and Chief Executive Officer and the first of the SBF 120, to have signed on 23 January 2017 the European commitment "To act for the climate" launched by the climatologist Jean Jouzel, former vice-president of the International Group of Climate Experts (IPCC) and co-Nobel Peace Prize winner with Al Gore in 2008.

The collective Climate 2020, already supported by major signatures of the European political world, but also by renowned scientists and personalities of the civil society, calls to negotiate as soon as possible a pact Finance-Climat which, like a plan Marshall for the climate, will be able to finance for 30 years on the European territory a shock energy transition, adapted to the urgency of the situation.
