This new 500-meter tunnel, built and equipped entirely by Eiffage, saw the first cars circulating after two years of work.
This commissioning is the culmination of a one-month punch operation during which the temporary deviation, built to carry out the first part of the work site, was destroyed to allow the construction of the last section of the tunnel, the installation of the associated equipment and the completion of the roadway connections on both sides.
Thus, in one month, these are:
- 2 decks of over 90 tons in total that have been filed,
- 30 meters tunnel, built and equipped,
- 2000 tonnes of asphalt, set up.
Congratulations to all the teams involved in for this operation, which brought together the civil engineering, road and energy professions. A fine example of synergy within the Group.
