In Arras, the former Schramm barracks is being upgraded: Eiffage Construction has completed its renovation into housing
Our teams have just completed the renovation of the Les Archers military building, which was part of the former Schramm barracks, restructured into 77 collective housing units: a fine operation carried out for Histoire et Patrimoine, with 17 months of construction work! A concrete illustration of our technical know-how to preserve our territories' heritage!
Located in the heart of Arras, the aim of this project was to transform this former barracks into 77 collective dwellings including 4 duplexes.
Designed by Cadence, the exterior of the project reflects the codes of the barracks, with ashlar facades, solid bricks, Spanish slate roofing and wooden exterior joinery. With this delivery, our teams have contributed to the renewal of the city while preserving its heritage.
Innovative solutions were deployed to guarantee the building's performance and comfort, particularly in terms of thermal insulation, enabling the project to obtain the Energy Savings Certificate and the NF HABITAT HQE Excellent level certification.
Congratulations to the Eiffage Construction teams for this delivery!
