Eiffage Foundation: 4 years of Eiffage employee volunteering to support equal opportunities with the Article 1 association

It offers individual mentoring programmes that enable professionals to volunteer and support promising students from modest backgrounds to encourage their success and their integration into professional life.

But the association also acts upstream, helping school leavers with their study-path choices, thanks to a collaborative website, Inspire, which offers study-path guidance and puts secondary school students in touch with 15,000 volunteer student advisors or “Eclaireurs” who can answer their questions on possible sectors. Volunteer professionals also run workshops in secondary schools to encourage young people to continue into higher education.

In 2018 and 2019, more than 100 employees from the Eiffage Group in seven different regions volunteered their time to help young people on the Article 1 programme, either by mentoring students individually or by running workshops in secondary schools. A big thank you to all of them!
