Eiffage Construction wins the renovation of 1ve, owned by Gecina, and project in the MIPIM Awards 2020
Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Construction, has just been entrusted by the Gecina Group with the renovation of Peugeot’s former headquarters - renamed l1ve - located at 75 avenue de la Grande Armée in Paris.
The project, carried out as a general undertaking by Eiffage Construction and designed by the architectural firm Baumschlager Eberle, involves the heavy rehabilitation of a 33,500 m2 complex spread over 9 floors and 6 basement levels.
Construction work began in December after a first 10-month study phase and is scheduled for delivery in 2022.
The operation is aimed at HQE BD labels and certifications at the Exceptional level, LEED Gold minimum, WELL, BIODIVERCITY and WIREDSCORE.
L1ve is currently competing in the final of the MIPIM Awards 2020 in the «Best Futura Project» category.
