After 25 months of work, Eiffage Route teams successfully completed the construction of the 2.5 km of Greater Avignon tramway line, including:
- General VRD works (roads, structures, dry and wet networks)
- the development of the foot of the Avignon ramparts - a UNESCO classified monument
- the crossing of the Saint-Ruf and Tarascon districts
Eiffage Rouge Méditerranée - Etablissement Alpes - Vaucluse, leader of the S.C.V. / SOLS / ERM consortium, was in charge of the general VRD works (roads, structures, dry and wet networks).
This €14.6 million project involved more than a hundred employees. 9,000 hours of insertion were carried out there.
After the start of the technical tests in June, commissioning is scheduled for October 2019.
