Eiffage Foundation: launch of a bike maintenance work integration scheme in Clermont-Ferrand
The Job’chantiers work integration scheme was set up in 2017 by the Job’agglo group in Clermont-Ferrand (Puy-de-Dôme), to meet the needs of people facing discrimination and long-term unemployment and consolidate the work integration pathways of people on the scheme. In 2018, the Job’agglo group enabled nearly 600 people to benefit from work integration schemes.
The solidarity group has now launched a new work integration scheme with 8 jobs focusing on maintenance services for the C.vélo bikeshare system in Clermont-Ferrand. The Eiffage Foundation is supporting the project (helping to fund the purchase of a bike transport van).
Antoine Beau, head of electronic office systems at APRR, who is sponsoring the project, took part in its official launch on the 30th of September alongside representatives from the city and the project’s partners.
You can submit your project to the Eiffage Foundation online: projets.solidaires.fondation.eiffage.com
We advise that you contact the Foundation beforehand to check if your project is eligible: Tel. 0171591118.
