Evolution

The construction and public-works sector has traditionally offered openings for career development and it continues to provide thousands of people with opportunities for social advancement. Since “giving priority to internal resources” is a core element of Eiffage’s human-resources policy, all the Group’s employees have a chance of achieving upward mobility within their areas of activity, regardless of their initial qualifications… if they really want to!

Individual interviews are held every two years for journeymen and annually for office staff, technicians, supervisors and managers. These interviews provide employees with a special opportunity to express their needs and career aspirations and to define an action plan, notably as regards training. They also give concrete expression to the Eiffage slogan “A chance for everyone… the path to opportunity”.
