    After 24 months of work, the CAP 2020 industrial and tertiary campus was officially delivered on 28 February. This project, won in design realization, was realized by the group led by Eiffage Construction Sud Aquitaine incmluding Eiffage Energie Systèmes via its brands Clemessy and Clévia, Eiffage Route, the architecture firm Séquences, the design office Artelia, Etchart Construction, Etchart Energie, Bobion Joanin and Soubestre.

    Eiffage, via Smulders, the Belgian subsidiary of Eiffage Métal, in a joint venture with GeoSea, a subsidiary of DEME, has been awarded a Moray Offshore Windfarm East* contract as part of the Moray East wind farm construction project off the north-eastern coast of Scotland. The value of the Eiffage contract is worth more than €250 million.

    Monday 18 March 2019, the new offices of the Construction branch of the Eiffage Group in Occitania were inaugurated in the heart of the eco-district Cartoucherie in Toulouse. This event took place in the presence of Philippe Carrère - Regional Director for Eiffage Construction, Jean-Luc Moudenc - Mayor of Toulouse and President of Toulouse Métropole, and Gilles Broquère - CEO of OPPIDEA (SEM d'aménagement de Toulouse Métropole).
