On Friday, June 15th, during the internal agreement of Eiffage Immobilier, Olivier Genis, president of Eiffage Construction and Philippe Plaza, managing director of Real estate Eiffage, handed prizes to three teams prize-winners of the challenge #immo-inno.
Eiffage has entered into exclusive negotiations with the Migné group’s holding company for the acquisition of its quarries and contracting activities in Vendée and Deux-Sèvres departments.
“Électriciens sans frontières” is installing electricity in 17 villages in south Benin, with the support of the Eiffage Foundation. The project will help to improve access to education and develop local economic activity.
Since autumn 2017, 1st and 2nd year students at a secondary school in Binche in the south Belgian Wallonia region, have been the first students in the country to have their lessons in a timber-framed building insulated with straw. The building was built by De Graeve, a subsidiary of Eiffage Benelux, which has been developing expertise in the construction of timber-framed passive or “massive-passive” buildings since 2008. These are highly technical projects that mobilise both the expertise and the creativity of the company’s teams. This particular De Graeve project is being put forward for the Green Solutions Awards, organised by the Construction 21 association.
Toulouse's real estate promotion flagship Modeo has appointed Eiffage Énergie Systèmes' teams to carry out electrical work on shared office space. The Carré Tolosan is part of a three-building property complex located at Cugnaux, 15 km from Toulouse city centre.
