The Efficience 59 association in Maubeuge works in favour of digital inclusion, integration and training for people facing social and professional difficulties, and offers innovative solutions within an economic and solidarity action framework.
The Efficience 59 association was formed in 2016 thanks to a regional initiative involving local stakeholders in the Sambre-Asvesnois area. It was created by former job centre manager, Jamel Medjahed, who came up with the idea of creating an innovative three-dimensional integration enterprise. It acts as a communication agency, a training centre and a media lab.
The Multimedia Designer training course offered to people on employment integration schemes aims to train "Multitasking" professionals who will ultimately be able to manage communication and computing services for small and medium structures. Funding from the Eiffage Foundation will be used to improve the premises and buy the latest high tech equipment used for training.
The project’s supporter, Michèle Boutteaux, an assistant at Eiffage Construction who is fully convinced by the importance of the association that helped her son pass a degree in computer sciences, will be joining the association’s board of directors.
