Eiffage Énergie Systèmes carries out electrical work on a series of office buildings in Colombes

Renovation, construction and tertiary project consultancy specialist and assistant project manager Theop is curently supervising upgrading work on 14 000 m2of office space in Colombes for real estate promoter Keystone Colombes. Eiffage Énergies Systèmes is in charge of electrical work in all the buildings.
 

Our teams were appointed by Theop for Keystone Colombes to take part in renovating ten  floors of office space, halls and landings in seven different buildings, on occupied sites. «Some of the office spaces were delivered empty, simply equipped with peripheral cable ducts. We provided an additional service for the IT network in these spaces, at the request of the new tenants» explains Eiffage Énergie Systèmes' site manager Lucas Legrand.

Our employees also renewed the inter-company restaurant's electrical facilities in building number 7 (dining room and kitchens). In addition, they took charge of upgrading some car park lighting, completely renovated the fire alarm system in buildings 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7, and commissioned new access control for all the buildings in the project.

Work began in May 2017 ad is scheduled for completion at the end of June 2018.
