After 2 years of works, Eiffage Construction Sud-Ouest delivered the mixed operation to the Crédit Agricole Insurances. This operation of renovation and extension, situated in the new business district Euratlantique, includes tertiary buildings, hotel business and businesses.
This operation, piloted by Eiffage Immobilier, consisted in renovating and in reconverting former market Debat-Ponsan, dating 1938 and which sheltered the slaughterhouses of Bordeaux. The office of architecture ANMA Nicolas Michelin and Partners suggested merging this set with new buildings joining the same architectural continuity as the former buildings.
Hall Boca, new name given by the Crédit Agricole Insurances of a total surface of 23 500 m ², includes:
- For the new part :
O 19 000 m ² of surface of floor in R+8,
O 149 underground parking spaces,
O 3 welcoming buildings, 10 500 m ² of offices,
O 2 300 m ² of businesses,
O a Hilton Garden Inn 4* hotel of 166 rooms with restaurant and spaces out seminary.
- Former hall Debat-Ponsan renovated and reconverted to welcome 4 500 m ² dedicated to the businesses and the restaurants.
The operation will have required 14 000 m3 of concrete, 900 tons of steel, 7 500 m ² of barded facade and 1 300 outside joineries.
