Eiffage Énergie takes part in work on the future Montech high school

The town of Montech (Tarn et Garonne - 82) is to have a new high school for next September, financed by the region and compliant with the BBC energy efficiency label's low energy consumption standards. Occitanie Regional Authority has entrusted the HVAC and plumbing work to Eiffage Énergie Thermie Sud-Ouest's teams.

The high school will have capacity for 1,500 pupils and offer general, technological and professional training for the baccalaureate and two technical further-education diplomas (BTS) in the new school year.

Our teams are to take charge of HVAC and plumbing and will commission five air handling units (10,000 m3/h on average). They will also install a rainwater recovery system, two 600-KW wood-fired boilers and 400 radiant heating panels in the ceilings.

Work began in April 2017 and is scheduled until late June 2018, allowing the high-school inauguration to take place on 16 July 2018.
