Eiffage strengthens its position in the railway sector with its takeover of Pichenot-Bouillé
Founded in 1962, this company has nearly 140 employees and an annual revenue of €25 million.
Based near Paris in France, Pichenot-Bouillé is equipped with some 50 special machines and carries out work ranging from routine maintenance to complete track and ballast renewal all over France, notably for SNCF and RATP.
Merged into the specialised services department of the Infrastructures division, Pichenot-Bouillé will enable the Eiffage Group, which already offers cutting-edge expertise and resources in both France
and Germany, to broaden its scope to include an increasing number of projects at a time when its teams are completing the major Bretagne-Pays de la Loire high-speed rail link (182 km of high-speed
line between Le Mans and Rennes) and many other ambitious projects are taking shape in France and other European countries.
